3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active xp777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on xp777 you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your real name, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your xp777 account are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. xp777 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may have its own applicable charges.

Deposits are credited to your xp777 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our live support team with your transaction reference number for prompt resolution.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your xp777 account are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within three minutes under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers may take up to six hours depending on your bank.

xp777 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may also be subject to standard wagering requirement completion if any bonus funds contributed to the balance being withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Currency & Fees

xp777 operates entirely in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform. Zero transaction fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals by xp777 itself. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are outside our control and are the responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.5 Bonus Withdrawal

Winnings generated from bonus funds on xp777 may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Where a cap applies it will be displayed clearly on the promotion page. Winning amounts above the cap generated exclusively from bonus funds may be voided.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on xp777 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking all details of your bet — stake amount, selection, and market — before confirming. xp777 cannot accept cancellation requests on confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances set out in Section 6.4 below.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

6.3 Obvious Errors

xp777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of an obvious system error — for example, an incorrect score feed, a data provider malfunction, or a typographical error resulting in odds that clearly do not reflect the true market. In such cases all stakes are returned in full. This applies regardless of whether the affected bets were settled before the error was identified.

6.4 Postponed & Cancelled Events

If a sports or esports event is cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets are void and stakes are returned. If an event is postponed and does not commence within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, bets are also void. For live in-play bets placed after a match has commenced, settlement follows play that has been completed unless the event is abandoned mid-way, in which case specific rules apply per market.

6.5 Casino & Live Casino

11.2 xp777-Initiated Closure

xp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, or multi-accounting, account balances — including both deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons, any remaining real-money balance will be returned.
